I contact Dan Rosen’s office after a motorcycle accident.
From the first meeting till the final paperwork signing Dan Rosen and Tracie Finn took care of everything.
A motor vehicle accident is a stressful time especially a major one with injury’s and knowing that all paperwork and legal stuff was taken care of made healing and getting back to work that much easier.
I could not be happier with the result, thank you Dan and Tracie.

Do not hire Niceta Bradburn. She is a cocky, scattered, I'll prepared lawyer. She is loud and obnoxious. Many documents that we provided for her, she failed to even read. She lies, and tells half truths. Not worth a dime.

Niceta and her paralegal Brooke were awesome. I was probably a difficult client and at times I got upset with her, but I trusted her and listened to her. She turned around a what begun as a very bad situation and won out. My daughter and I will be forever greatfull. This was the first and only time we have used a lawyer, it was a serious and scary time for our family. Everyone at the Daniel R. Rosen law offices shaped this time for us into a concerning, compassionate and most importantly reassurance that we were not alone. Calls answered in a timely manor, emails giving details and open communication lead to a true feeling of professionalism. We hope never to need Dan and his time again but are so happy to know if we do they will be there for us!

I am currently a client and I would never use them again. I went in to speak to the person, that's working my case and at first her and the clark were yelling to each other. Then she call the clerk on the phone and I can hear everything she is saying she was not on the phone with another client but more less to lie to me that she was. She really don't make me feel as if my case is important at all.

This is a great firm to do business with. They took care of my injuries and handled the insurance company to make sure I got the medical attention I needed to get back to work. It took a year but we finally got a settlement as they stayed on this until it was done. Great job!!!!
