Had a personal injury case. Communication through out the whole process was pretty poor. Did not hear anything from them for about a year and a half before a phone call from Jake telling me he wants to help me persue a case. The biggest and most upsetting communication flaw was after the case was over and they gave me my settlement check, it was 1200 dollars less then what I thought I was getting. I was told I would have to pay 40% in the beginning. Jake never told about any extra fees I was accumulating throughout the case so I didn't know about any. And much less, when I asked him about it, his explanation was all lawyers do that. We won the case but be ready for fees you were not aware of until the end
