This was the first and only time we have used a lawyer, it was a serious and scary time for our family. Everyone at the Daniel R. Rosen law offices shaped this time for us into a concerning, compassionate and most importantly reassurance that we were not alone. Calls answered in a timely manor, emails giving details and open communication lead to a true feeling of professionalism. We hope never to need Dan and his time again but are so happy to know if we do they will be there for us!

I am currently a client and I would never use them again. I went in to speak to the person, that's working my case and at first her and the clark were yelling to each other. Then she call the clerk on the phone and I can hear everything she is saying she was not on the phone with another client but more less to lie to me that she was. She really don't make me feel as if my case is important at all.

This is a great firm to do business with. They took care of my injuries and handled the insurance company to make sure I got the medical attention I needed to get back to work. It took a year but we finally got a settlement as they stayed on this until it was done. Great job!!!!

They spoke to me as if they really cared & within a few hours Dan himself called me back My Case Manager was the best and she always made sure I knew what was happening and always wanted to know how I was and how they could help. After a fall at Safeway on a wet, ice littered floor near the soda dispenser in the Deli, I contacted local personal injury attorneys in my region. They did not even return the calls to decline. (Too afraid to go against Safeway ? Not a big enough case?) I called Daniel's office, talked to Tracie, who discussed it with Dan, and accepted my case in a timely manner, which was a pleasant surprise after waiting more than two weeks for no calls from the other attorneys I had contacted. Daniel reached a settlement with Safeway for my medical bills and some compensation for pain that I will have for the rest of my life--all with a minimum of hassle to me. Hopefully I will never need a repeat of something like this, but if I do, my FIRST call will be to the Daniel Rosen Law Offices.
