I contacted them in reference on a workers compensation claim. I feel they did an excellent job communicating and getting results. The staff there was wonderful. Marcella and John were patient and I feel they did their best to help me in my situation. I did have one complication at the end with payment but they made it right and took care of the matter painlessly. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for legal council. Thank you John and Marcella!!!

I have over the years had the need fir a variety of lawyers, and to date, I have never had the pleasure of retaining counsel with the level of professionalism that I have experienced with Burg Simpson.
The high level of communication via mail and email has has not gone unnoticed. Frequent updates regarding the progression of my case is appreciated and comforting.
I highly recommend this first rate organization.

I highly advise you to stay away from this firm. They represented my father in a class action. He signed settlement papers back in April, it's now January of the following year and my father hasnt seen a DIME!!

I had a unique case that Burg Simpson had taken on for me. I didn't feel confident in retaining any other firm except for them. They answered every expectation that I could have asked from a firm. They were professional and thorough in every facet of my case. God willing I never have to get legal counsel for any of life's situations but if I do there's no other firm that I would consider or refer to anyone else. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I can't even get them to call me back for a case evaluation. Don't want to work with a firm that won't call you back before you even hire them. Terrible communication or lack of.
