I highly recommend Zach Newland without reservation. I had an unexpected legal situation and retained Zach to handle this matter. When we met, Zach explained clearly his process, as well as fee structure and billing. As he worked on my case, he communicated quickly and followed up completely. He is intelligent, articulate, and gracious.

I contacted Mr. Newland to help a family member with a legal situation. Mr. Newland had great communication with the family, was always available, and was very helpful in a difficult situation. I would work with him again and refer to friends.

Zachary Newland consistently shows up several hours late to phone appointments, ignores emails for months at a time, and has nothing but excuses when it comes to actually following through with what he said he will do for you. He charges $395 per hour and uses a lot of that time complaining about his personal problems that somehow always get in the way of filing motions or making phone calls or showing up on time. He'll tell you one thing, then change his mind at the last minute and claim that he said something else. Very unprofessional behavior which resulted in delays in resolving my case. 👎 Don't waste your money.
