I've known Mr. Newland for many years. He approaches his work with steadfast tenacity. He's an exceptional attorney and can handle any situation. I would confidently recommend him to anyone I know.

The only thing Zachary Newland is good at is making excuses. He charges $395 per hour for you to listen to him complain and make excuses for not filing that motion or making that phone call. He will blame it on his personal life, his schedule, his problems. He is consistently several hours late to scheduled appointments. He will ignore you for weeks or even months at a time, then come back with excuses for not achieving anything on your case. "The District Attorney was mean to me" is not a valid excuse to abandon your duties. In regards to my case, Zachary Newland only managed to produce two documents in total: his entry and his withdrawal. This somehow cost me several thousand dollars. His excuse? He "needed time to think." My advice is: don't waste your money paying Zachary Newland to think.

Zach responded to my email regarding some legal questions surprisingly quickly. He was able to listen to my concerns and give my advice on the next steps. I hope we do not need to hire an attorney, but if we do, he is on top of the list.

Simply AMAZING! That is the first word that comes to mind when describing Tracy, Zach and Jones Law Office, LLC. I made the mistake of thinking I could manage a complicated divorce without legal counsel. I was so stressed, worried and anxiety ridden that I could not sleep for months while trying to do everything myself. Once I realized that I was in over my head I sought assistance through a variety of options ultimately finding Jones Law Office. I first spoke with Tracy Jones who was very kind. After reviewing my case she thought that Zach Newland was the best attorney in the practice for my specific situation, put him on the case and I am so glad she did. I felt bad as Zach came in at the 23rd hour but he did not mind at all. He got to work and put in a bunch of late night hours to have us ready for mediation and then trial. It was awesome to see him "do his thing" in both instances. He was very prepared, thorough and intelligent and has a great presence about him. The trial ended with a win for us and the Judge awarded us more than we had asked for! I am so so grateful for Zach, he saved my life and got me the justice I deserved. But what I appreciate the most about Zach is his compassion, support and true belief in helping me. I definitely was not just another client or payday for him, he was there for ME and that means so much to me. I hope I never find myself in another situation where I need legal counsel but if I do he will be the only person I call and he should be the only person you call too!
