I never write reviews. Never. However, this one is well deserved. I only wish I could give less. . This is the worst attorney I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with, and I totally regret having hired him without digging deeper. I had to fire him in the middle of divorce proceedings given the terrible, almost As just one example of the level of incompetence, he sent me the divorce paperwork for another couple. Can you believe that? How would you feel if your legal paperwork was sent to a stranger ? Disclosing custody information, etc. I can only imagine where mine went. Everything needs to be printed and collated for him. What attorney does any allow you to upload documents or at least email them instead of having to print hard copies? It’s not the 1980s. Plan on him trying only to shepherd you through the process; not actually trying to defend or help you. He’s argumentative and arrogant with his clients. He will nickel and dime you. Just terrible. I could go on and on. You almost wouldn’t believe it.

THIS ATTORNEY IS LAZY, LAZY, LAZY!!! Where do I even begin with him? I’m not going to list everything because there are SO MANY THINGS that he did wrong. He is so lazy and even more incompetent that he did absolutely no work on my case in the nine months that I had him. Oh, but he sure did charge me for all the work that he DIDNT DO! Which was $4,000! I fired him and hired another attorney who has already done triple the amount of work and put in double the effort than Mark ever did on my case. Mark missed basic legal statutes that would have helped my case that my new attorney picked up on immediately. It was almost as if Mark didn’t want me to win custody of my child, he just wanted to take my money. On top of all of that, he is spreading rumors around town that he fired me because he didn’t want suffer the embarrassment of admitting that he got fired. We know the same people in this town, Mr. Adams, and it’s sad that you have to go around town spreading rumors because you know you should have done better. Oh and ONE MORE THING! After I fired him, he sent me a receipt saying that he OWED me over $2,000 from my unused retainer fee. Upon him finding out from my new attorney that I had hired new counsel, he then refused to pay me such funds. This guy is no good! I would NEVER suggest him to anyone and plan to make sure that everyone (especially our mutual friends that we seem to have) knows not to hire him in the future.

My experience was not quite that great I won't go into detail but was not impressed how he handled the situation and was not professional

Mark is an amazing attorney. I can't express enough how thankful I am for having him represent me. He thoroughly goes through every option that you have and makes sure you truly understand each and every one. Mark is the only attorney I've ever met that actually cares about his clients and what happens to them. I highly recommend Mark if ever you're in need of an attorney. He is awesome!!

Mark performed exceptionally as my divorce lawyer. Without going into too much detail about my situation, I can say that he does a great job of explaining the process, educating clients, and bringing together all the factors to form a valid position. Mark is widely recommended and respected and I now know why. He comes to court with a deep understanding of the law and local statutes, and makes an effective case rooted in facts. He has a fantastic ability to cut through the emotion and get right to the facts, which in hindsight was exactly what I needed when going through my nightmare of a divorce.
