I can't say enough good things about this man! I had a very crazy case that went in many directions and then when we thought we were done, with a great out come, a year later we were hit from a different direction, just wrecking my life! Derek never gave up the fight and in the end we won! Justice prevailed! Thank you Derek for your patience, knowledge and perseverance!

Deciding to retain Mr. Samuelson's services was one of the best decisions of my life. I interviewed with around 10 lawyers when I was searching for legal representation. Three of them independently recommended Mr. Samuelson for my case. They all told me was the best in his field of law. He has proven to deserve every bit of that reputation and then some! He was an expert at defending my rights and was able to get my case dismissed. My charges were very serious. The possibility of a dismissal was far from a gaurantee. I really cannot recommend him enough.
