Nicholas was so sweet and gave me lots of time to talk about my case without feeling rushed. He knows his trade and can give great information and advice. He not only works with the legal courts in mind, but with the karmic ones as well. Meaning, he keeps morale in his thoughts, decisions, and advice.

Nick Cummings is the lawyer to see when facing any legal problems. He helped my husband with his legal troubles and did everything in his power to make sure it ended in our favor. This firm is a great option for resolving your legal troubles. Nick was able to get my DUI charge reduced to a reckless driving charge. He was on point, informative, and transparent throughout the entire process. He is also helping me get my community service and other probation requirements completed. This service was affordable and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. Five stars.

I called Joe Petrone about representing a family member. He did background work ahead of our first meeting and then gave a clear assessment of the situation. To my surprise, he advised against my hiring him saying that the public defender was doing as much as he could. Most of us feel overwhelmed by the legal system so it is a relief to find a capable, honest attorney to steer us through it.

I got my 2nd dui (I know) needed help. Brad Allin got me through my case with the best results, even saved my drivers license which was really important for me. You don't have to worry about Mr Allin looking up a statutes as applied to duis he knows them. I highly recommend the law office of Brad Allin and his staff.
