Although I’m glad my civil case was not taken at this firm in avoidance of time and money being wasted - it’s quite questionable as to why cases & I quote “like mine” can’t be considered due to case load (civil case). When I inquired about the type of cases being taken at this time I wasn’t offered an exact answer - rather than the case load. This would be completely fine & acceptable, if the firm stated they are NOT taking any cases at this time. If you’re looking for a firm - I can only suggest continuing to search as the case load is too high during this time for this firm.

I went to see russ and told was several things "might" happen and of course they never did. He made suggestions that made it seem like a good deal, but they never materalized. A million dollar policy was in place, and they dropped the ball big time. They just wanted me to sign on the dotted line, and sweet me until the statute of limiatations got close. I've got the emails!

I would strongly recommend the Fischer Law Group in Fort Collins for your legal needs. Erik Fischer had a strategy to get our case dismissed. Two days before our potential scheduled trial, the case was dismissed. Goal met! Erik was competent, responsive, prepared, and explained every step of the legal process to us. His staff was also friendly, available, and very helpful. If stakes are high and you want to win, Erik is your guy!

Erik Fischer is an intelligent, knowledgeable attorney who is also a "quick study." He understood our case immediately and knew exactly what to do. He patiently listened both in the initial intake, phone calls, and in preparation for a potential trial. Erik is a miracle! After talking to SO many attorneys in NOCO, I decided to go with Erik. His plan of action, attention to detail, dedication, and honest advice made me feel secure. He was honest, blunt, and straight to action. He did analyze my evidence etc. before he told me if he would take my case or not. Those who have complained couldn’t have truly listened to his words or are just mad he didn’t except their case. It baffles me because he literally saved my life by winning my case. Which was not an easy case!! I will forever be grateful!

Terrible lazy lawyer sounds about right. He did not do his research he did not fight for me. I informed him that I was not guilty and hired him under the auspices that he would represent me as such he took my money went on vacation and putting in delay after delay the judge would not allow it to go on any longer and came back from vacation and said we will just put you in as no contest. I definitely felt scammed. I thought many times of sitting out in front of their building with a sign that says I feel they do poor work.

We had a phone conversation with Megan, she wasn’t getting paid for our conversation but she still took the time to explain all our questions. She was very nice, helpful and didn’t try to rush us off the phone. Even though our case was very minor compared to others, we didn’t feel like that mattered to Megan. We still may need a lawyer for our case, if we do it’ll definitely be Fischer. Thank you

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Misha Macaw did a spectacular job in representing us and our Veterans event when the threat of a copyright suit was thrown at us unexpectedly. What started as a huge number and some severe threats was quickly reduced to almost nothing, and the tone changed very quickly from overbearing to demure once Misha put forth his / our position. As our event is put on each year free of charge to the Veterans Community, legal fees were a concern and we could not be more pleased with the final outcome. THANK YOU Santangelo!

I've worked with Aubrey for a number of years now and she is the attorney you should have by your side when you are navigating a high conflict divorce or post separation abuse/divorce issues that impact children. Didn’t have the opportunity to work with this firm thank God. After speaking with Eric who gave me the impression the firm was going to take my case (Civil) I had not heard from them for a while. I called without any response and ended up sending an email to the attorney I spoke with. Without any expectations I got a response via email they were referring me to another lawyer. After calling that law firm I was informed they had no communication with Eric and they were not able to take my case. A follow up email to the firm asking why they would not take my case and why he hadn’t called the firm I was referred to went unanswered. Not a professional firm.
