Nick did a great job resolving a reckless driving charge for me. His approach was pragmatic and effective. He was honest about a realistic result and delivered what he said would be the likely outcome. The cost was fair and on budget with what he quoted me.

I had the pleasure of having Nick Cummings represent me in my traffic accident case. He was very knowledgeable about the law and understood the details of my case. I ended up in a situation where I felt it would be best to have some representation; while I had no prior criminal history, I also had no knowledge of the Colorado judicial system or its workings and was extremely stressed out. Nick is a busy guy, no doubt about it. Just to put that into perspective, from the time I first met him after regular office hours on a weekday night, to the time of my final judgement day, he was always there for me. Not once did I feel that Mr. Cummings was not working hard on my case. While one may receive similar outcomes from any other lawyer, I felt like Nick was different from most, that in a way he actually cared about what I was going through, which definitely showed from the beginning until the end. I realize I was not the only client being defended by this man, regardless I truly believe he worked as hard as possible on my case. Without Mr Cummings I would probably be in jail or worse by now. Hiring an experienced individual in criminal defense DOES make a difference and if you find yourself down in a hole and need help out, Nick will be there for you just as he was for me. Mr. Cummings gave me a free consultation the same day I called; he remembered me and my case by my first name; he answered all of my questions no matter how many times I called or how long I was at my appointment time; he worked hard and diligently at getting me the best results from my case; he was on time and prepared at all of my meetings and court appearances; he was well known and respected with other lawyers, district attorneys, and judges; he made sure I knew to what I was agreeing; he followed-up with me after I was sentenced; and he genuinely cared about my current and future wellbeing. I hired Mr. Cummings for a speeding ticket case. I consulted with a few lawyers, and decided to hire Mr. Cummings because he was the only lawyer that was willing to meet with me face-to-face for the consultation. Every other lawyer did not want to meet with me for a consultation on a speeding ticket. Mr. Cummings was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He personally kept me posted on my case, as well as his legal assistant. He was able to get my ticket reduced to a non-moving violation with no points.
