I was in a minor traffic collision in 2015 and the insurance company of the driver at fault offered me an amount that was sufficiently lower than the medical expenses associated with the accident. After I tried and failed to negotiate with the insurance company, I turned to Sam. I was stressed and frustrated and just didn't want to deal with it anymore.
