To call a lawyer office and ask to speak to someone and to be refuses is against the law. When ever someone request a supervisor, or anyone above the law is that person is to transfer the call. To be refused and not explain that she was intake is RUDE. For the owner to try and discredit my claim is unlawful and rude within its self. As admitted by the owner they were on another call but was listening to my call. So was the call you was on not important enough to give your 100%attention? Why would the intake person refuse to take a message or explain the process. Yes found a professional lawyer who is taking my case and also explained their process clearly and professionally. There

Called and asked to speak to attorney or paralegal and was refused. They refused to take my name and number for a call back or transfer me to voicemail claiming the attorney don't have voicemail. Very rude and uncooperative. Highly recommend going to another attorney where you will be treated professionally and courteous. Was calling with a malpractice case also.
