I could not be more satisfied. Asking for representation in a case which no one else would take, Sara Stieben stepped up to the plate. Never once losing sight of our goal, by using both her professional knowledge and a large amount of compassion, she was able not only to achieve an award on my behalf which far exceeded my expectations, but also to hold my hand, metaphorically speaking, through the not-so-fun parts on my journey.

Bill is very knowledgeable. This firm proves they care even about the little things when others won’t. I broke my fingers and tweaked my back during a slip and fall down some stairs when a property management company lacked on snow removal. Bill took the time to listen to the details of my injury, showed that he was willing to take it on. He showed me value, trust, and patience while working with me. Any time I called or email he was prompt in returning my calls or emails, and the staff was very pleasant. I had the pleasure of working with Shannon and many other associates, they were all very kind, caring and understanding. The team no matter who I was talking with were very responsive and effective with what I asked or needed. They treated me as a friend rather than client and I so appreciate it. They always took the time to contact me if I hadn't had the chance to catch up with them first. Shannon always took the time to explain everything so that I completely understood what was at hand. She took the time to contact everyone for me while I worked the little bit I could which took a huge weight off of my back. They were always so supportive in the choices I made, most importantly she would guide me to make what I thought were the best choices for me. She informed me of many options and possible results so I didn't feel as if we were at the end of the road. She would never pressure me into things I didn't want to do, adjusted her times to communicate with me when it was convenient for me. I’ve been dealing with this system for years and have dealt with a lot of attorneys, anybody that is new to this garbage stay clear of these folks. Any attorney that charges you to tell you how much they will charge you is a not the one you want.

They don't do what is best for the child and don't care that the other parent is abusive. I was also threatened through email. My name is always wrong or miss spelled even when I have corrected them time and time again. Just a bunch of money hungry people who care about nothing but the money!!!
