Personal, friendly, motivated, and capable. Those are all words I'd give to Justie and her team while working with them earlier this year. They worked with a bunch of my cases in multiple courts and got me one simple and easy sentence to work with that didn't include jail time. Thanks Justie and team!

I hired Justie and it was a mistake. My case should have been dismissed but instead I'm a felon for 2 years. Why? Because I entered the unlocked door of my former home to check on 2 of my dogs being neglected. My brother in law shot a firearm and had a swat team outside his home and he had 6 months probation. I'm getting TWO years probation. How is this possible? Because I hired someone more interested in being a realtor then being a criminal defense attorney.

She was able to help me resolve my situation quickly and went above and beyond to support me in understanding the process. Ms. Nicol is so knowledgeable and has such a calm presence. She provided much needed legal guidance and I cannot thank her enough! Highly recommend!

Office was warm cozy and comfortable, not pretentious like many lawyers. Justie Nicol was professional, no non-sense, organized, clear, and explained things as we went along. She was a good listener and gave us all the time we needed without trying to dictate or impose her professional opinion. Honestly, cannot point to a weakness!
