We tried working with the insurance company but they just kept changing people weekly, on whom we would talk to. I explained my story over and over and you could tell the insurance company was not going to care about my story or how much pain my daughter and I was in. My husband heard about this local law group and we called same day! We called and setup an appointment and everything was done right away. Leah helped us with everything and tried helping our chiropractor that was in need of support. I know I wouldn’t of been able to do this whole accident on my own and glad we called. We now have completed the process and can’t say thank you enough! I hope I won’t need your services again, but if we have another issue, we will definitely call. I just had the most empowering and unexpected experience with this law firm! I spoke to one of their attorneys, Leah, about a recent car accident my daughter was in. My daughter was traumatized for sure, but her injuries did not make it a "big" case, all things considered (thank God). Leah spent time counseling and advising me how to negotiate a settlement myself -- that in this case I didn't really need to retain an attorney who would take a chunk of the settlement. She wanted me to keep as much as possible in MY pocket (on behalf of my daughter) and she taught me how to create my own "demand letter" and provide supporting documentation to get the best settlement possible. She was not compensated for this generous time with me!!! I am blown away by the kindness and support this law firm showed while giving me incredible direction and support (certainly, they "could" have taken the case and taken a portion of the settlement). If I were ever to be involved in a larger accident of any kind, these top-notch folks would be the first people I would call!
