Mr. Martin admitted to me that he has never taken a case to trial in Fort Collins Municipal Court; he advises each client to plead guilty. However, his website boasts of aggressive legal representation. HE IS A FRAUD!

I got hit while riding my bicycle a few years ago and suffered multiple TBI related injuries. All of the folks at VanMeveren Law Group were encouraging and empathetic through that difficult time. They are a truly honest and upstanding firm and are the most capable of handling your case. Matt Fermelia took charge of my case and followed up with me each week to see how my condition was progressing, and I always left feeling encouraged by him when undergoing my treatments. His integrity is of the highest I've come across and he truly cares about his client, no matter how small the case. With their inside knowledge of how insurance companies work their team got the maximum settlement amount from both insurance companies seemingly with ease and were able to negotiate with my health insurance and treatment centers in significantly lowering what I owed them. I can't recommend using them enough. Without them, I wouldn't have been able to receive compensation for what I went through let alone pay off my treatments. Great service, I was never a fan of lawyers, figured I could just talk to folks and get a fair deal. When I had car accident and the other persons insurance gave me the attitude of well we can get you a little gas money and rental car for your trips to the Doctor, but really that's about all, I knew I needed help. Fortunately Bryan, Matt, and Katie were even more dogged than they were! With the team handling all the legal headaches for me I was able to focus on what was really important: getting healthy again. In the end our side's resolve won out and we walked away with a settlement that everyone but the underwriters was pretty happy with.
