Five stars for three things: the people, the process, and the outcome. People - everyone on the Van Meveren team was top-notch both in how they did their job and how they made me feel. Process - everything was systematized, and I always felt we had a plan. Outcome - I feel great about the result of my case. It was smoother, faster, and more money than I could have expected.

Sonja is absolutely amazing hands down the best insurance agent we have ever had. I had called around to multiple insurance agents trying to get quotes for our vehicles as we had just moved back to Colorado from out of state. I spent hours trying to get someone to help me. I came across Agate insurance and called. Sonja right away was super friendly and on top of things. I needed insurance for the next day and she was on top of things so quick as the other places I called I still had been waiting for a response for days before when I had called them all knowing I needed to get things going. Sonja went above and beyond to help me out in a timely manner. Within a hr she had quotes for me and within just a couple hrs we were all taken care of. She ended up helping us get our home owners insurance too a few months later and once again this amazing woman went out of her way to make sure things were taken care of in the time I needed it. Even it being short notice she will work hard to get the job done. Never have we had such amazing customer service like we have had with Sonja. She truly cares for her clients and makes sure to do everything she can to get things done. She is not only a hard worker but she is very knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate and goes above and beyond to make sure u r taken care of and understand everything. I’m not experienced with lawyers but I do know I’m so grateful choosing this firm for my case. They were hands down the nicest, most caring and thoughtful and diligent people I could have ever imagined. I felt comfortable and taken care of the entire time.
