Never lets me down

Andrew Bertrand and his team are amazing! I needed help closing out an old and complicated case from 2005 (back when I was in Fort Collins for college) that I had just recently found out about when attempting to reinstate my Georgia driver's license (the state in which I currently live). A warrant for my arrest had been issued in Fort Collins for a failure to successfully complete probation for an old DUI charge. I did complete the required treatment for the charge, but I unfortunately no longer had any documentation to prove that, and the center at which I did my treatment has since closed for business. After explaining my situation over the phone to Mr. Bertrand, we came to the conclusion that I would turn myself in to take care of the warrant ( I was only inconvenienced for a few hours, no real jail time) then go from there to see what the judge's ruling would be regarding the probation. I was concerned about the expenses surrounding having to travel back and forth from Georgia to Colorado for court dates, along with possible jail time and exorbitant fees. The charge was so old I didn't know what to expect, and needless to say I was extremely nervous about the potential outcome of my case. Not only did I not have to return to Colorado to attend court, but Mr. Bertrand got the entire case dismissed without my having to pay any more court fees, or retake the treatment courses I had years ago! I highly recommend this man and his legal team. They were always available and honest through the entire process, passed no judgement on me regarding the complicated nature of my situation, and all for a very reasonable retainer. I am beyond pleased with how everything turned out.

We were so impressed with a phone call not even knowing us the day of sentencing just talking to him put our minds to ease. We met with him that same day and he gave us so much positive advice and information. If you need a lawyer we strongly suggest you give him a call.
