I had a charge from awhile back so I was scheduled to speak with the DA and settle for reinstatement. I spoke with Mr. Leier and he agreed to take my case. He was so thorough in his research, explaining everything to me as built my case. He got the whole thing completely dismissed and withdrawn from the courts, as if it never happened. I would strongly recommend Kent Leier if you get in legal trouble and are in need of an attorney that will handle your case efficiently.

Kent entered my case when I made a substitution of counsel for a crime I was falsely accused of. It was a case of he said, she said. After going over the discovery and analyzing the facts we set the matter for trial. For trial preparation Kent came up with a strategy and advised me of the gain/risk within our strategy. As a former District Attorney Kent was able to anticipate what the prosecution would be putting into play and we ran those scenarios. Trial was less than a month away and the prosecution dropped the charges. My name was cleared and it was over. I really appreciate what Kent did for my family and I. This attorney is diligent and knows the law inside and out. He takes the time to write blogs over legal situations and answers questions on his website.

Kent is an experienced attorney and was great at explaining the procedure, as I've never been in this situation before. He was very prompt at responding and kept me informed as we went through the case. I was afraid that I would lose my drivers license but he negotiated a great agreement with the district attorney which resulted in a minor offense. While I usually don’t write reviews, I feel obligated to share/help others in need of an excellent Ft. Collins lawyer. Our son asked us to help him find a lawyer to resolve some 12 year old misdemeanor charges in Fort Collins which resulted in warrants appearing on his employment background checks and limiting his employment opportunities. Later, Kent took steps to seal these misdemeanor charges and eliminate their appearance on any record search conducted by prospective employers. Kent leier helped me out for a DUI I got a few years ago and he got me a deferred sentence. He was honest and really good about getting back to me in a timely manner. I’m writing this review now because the deferred sentence Kent got me really saved me. I would highly recommend Kent Leier.

Hired Kent because of two driving under restraint and speeding ticket. Was facing possible jail time and loss of license for 5 years. After he talked to the DA he said he would be able to dismiss those case and take a disorderly conduct (petty) offense and a little bit of work release. Took the deal because I didn’t want to loose my license for 5 years and a good amount of jail time. Awesome lawyer, gets back to you quick would highly recommend him!
