After being in a accident I was told by there insurance company that i waas 10% liable for the accident even though i did no recieve any tickets. the other driver recieved 2 or 3 tickets . This conccerned me as there ws a flight for life envolved and i did not do any thinng wrong. So I contacted Philip Chupik through the Metier Law firm. I told him my story and he said he cold help. As the time passed, as they do with our legal system, Monica Cherry kept in touch with me giving me updates. Philip and Monica both were very polite and encouraged me to call if I had any questions. With the constant up dates that I required. it really eases my mind becausei still dont understand how the insurance company tried to put any blame on me.
