I was referred to Erin Connor after moving to Ft. Collins from Virginia. She took the time to precisely understand my estate planning needs. During that first visit, she asked a lot of questions and took the time to explain the differences in CO and VA law, and some of the consequences of how I set up my Medical Power of Attorney, estate administrator, etc. I felt really confident I had made good choices, with her good guidance. The second visit was a matter of signing all on the documents, with another review of how the estate docs were set up. Erin and her team are extremely qualified and very efficient. I called Sutherland and OConnor today as I was seeking some advice on a legal matter, and didn't know where to start. I called wondering if I could come in for an hour or so to get more clarity (really needed a basic orientation to the process I am in that is taking place in another state). The receptionist immediately connected me with Kent, and with kindness and clarity (at no charge), he walked me through some of the very basics on the phone, and said he really thought I needed an attorney in another state to assist me, though he would be happy to help out in a general way if I wanted to come in.
