Hats off to Culver W. Van Der Jagt and his team of caring lawyers. Culver was outstanding in every way throughout my difficult divorce process. He is knowledgeable,understanding, in touch, and efficient. It was the best decision to retain Culver and his firm right from the start. He is easy to get ahold of and responds quickly with the right answers. This was a complicated case and Culver was able to save us money by taking care of urgent issues quickly and honestly. Culver is a dedicated, responsive, knowledge, communicative lawyer. He was able to quickly and cheaply resolve a family issue for me and get the best possible outcome. Culver met with me, understood the case fully, prepared and executed a very effective strategy. He literally had the opposing party turned around in circle in a matter of days. He ensured I was fully informed of everything, at every single step. I also found his billing to be more than fair.

I hired Culver for a divorce, not knowing how complicated and horrific my case would turn out to be. With Culver's support and guidance, I am now safely away from my ex (and have a wonderful Permanent Protection Order against my ex) and am happily divorced. I went to Culver Van Der Jagt, having no idea as to what I was doing. My husband was divorcing me and I had never been through anything like this. I met with Culver and he took my case and helped me by directing me down the right path for my future benefit. He was able to look at the whole picture when I could see just a small part of it. He listened to me and was caring. I felt that he had the best interests in mind for both me and my family. He is very smart and observant of people and uses what he sees to help people. He is exactly what you are looking for when seeking an attorney. He will look out for you! He's also very mindful of not wasting your money. He is fair when it comes to your fees. You can question whatever you don't understand and he will explain things to you in a respectful way. I would recommend him to anyone needing a divorce.

I don't recommend divorce, but if you have to do it retain Culver! I was very confused about the process and an emotional wreck my world had been turned upside down. I had met with a few lawyers around town and with most of them I felt like I was just a number on their list with their fancy offices, fancy art, and over priced fees. Culver took a genuine interest in my case and looked out for my best interests. He is enthusiastic, knowledgable, and straight up. He can be very sensitive when necessary but isn't afraid of breaking out the hammer if necessary. I never felt overcharged on the fees and his hourly rate was much better than the bigger firms.

As a person who had no idea what to expect with the divorce process, I felt very lost but Culver was great! He was attentive to my situation and put me at ease throughout the entire process. I really believe he genuinely cares about each of his clients and really has their best interests at heart. (Unfortunately that can't be said of other lawyers) He made sure that the entire process was as fast and painless as possible. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns and never made me feel like I was wasting his time! He is very knowledgeable and ready to stand up for what is right. Culver always kept me informed about what needed to be done and kept me up-to-date about things that I needed to know. I'm telling you, this is an attorney you don't come across often. You don't hear many people say that an attorney is trustworthy but Culver is! If you pass up the opportunity to choose Culver VanDerJagt as your attorney, you're crazy! This man is amazing and will fight for you.
