I was currently working with another law office that was taking forever on every item of a new parenting plan, except when it came to billing me. Was referred to SLC and worked with Ms. Clark. She was professional, very knowledgeable, and quick to get my case going again. She gave me actual advise (imagine that!) and realistic expectations, rather than just working on drawing the case out. I ended up with a fair resolution and a much better understanding of what my rights were as a parent than previous law firms.

One of the most daunting tasks that anyone needing legal insight has to undertake is the identification and selection of an attorney in whom they can have complete trust and faith that not only will the advice they receive be accurate and applicable, but also that their interests are fully understood. From the very first phone call with Ms. Monty, it was readily apparent that I did not need to call anyone else. She took the time to fully understand the issues and concerns I had surrounding my upcoming mediation. Rather than react based upon what I might want to hear, she took the time to fully research all of my concerns and provide me with sound options and advice. Jeremy Shufflebarger and his staff were FABULOUS! Mitch helped me out in a complex incorporation 12 years ago and did stellar work. I've had the paperwork reviewed by 2 other lawyers and an accountant over the years, and they confirmed the quality and the thoroughness.
