Evan is the only lawyer who actually took time to listen and actually hear what I was saying, give insightful feedback and although she couldn't help me, knew I had a case and gave many helpful resources I wish she was my lawyer. Never lose your carrying side Evan, you gave me hope!!

This experience was 2 years ago, so I do want to make clear that perhaps the situation at this firm has changed. I am simply relaying my experience, and warning to proceed with caution regarding the billing methods and switching of attorneys. Thank you. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! This law firm somehow managed to use a ‘bait and switch’ with me regarding attorneys. I consulted with one, was assigned another, and then a third (Katie Wheeler, the most incompetent attorney I’ve ever encountered, by far) midway through my case. Not only was I charged over $20,000 for a motion to restrict, but lost custody with my daughter for over a year on some manufactured, untrue claims. I was assured over and over that the outcome would be the opposite to what actually took place. This caused irreparable damage to my child and myself, and was only rectified when I hired a different firm to undo the damage. I also am on the hook for ex’s legal fees due to Katie’s inattention and incompetence. USE THIS FIRM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Very disappointing experience with this firm. 13k spent and nothing was even accomplished, they charge you $35-$55 just to read and email. 3.7 hours charged just to revise and make small changes to an existing agreement that was pre-written and a template. Crazy billing and expense for zero results not to mention the lag of time to get things accomplished. If I am paying someone an absurd amount of money to try and settle things you would think they would be more attentive and on top of things.I would not recommend this firm to anyone unless you have very deep pockets because they will take everything you have and not even respond to certain communication. Very unprofessional
