I retained Mitch at a time when so much seemed hopeless and from intake with Dorian, to working with Mitch all throughout my case, I appreciate that I was treated with compassion, respect and solutions to what was a very complex and stressful ongoing situation. If you want someone that will stand by your side, adapt and advocate for you and your children, and protect your family unit, then Mitch is your person. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Will Breitigam as a criminal defense attorney. He helped me understand all of the intricacies of my first criminal offense and helped it go as smooth as possible. He and his assistant, Brittany, were very accessible and responsive throughout my time pre-trial. I must also mention my charges were greatly reduced due to their amazing work. Once again, could not recommend more!

I wish I could give Mr smith more stars, Mr smith informed me of what counties he practices which didn’t include where I had a matter in. BUT regardless he still put his schedule aside and on the spot walked us through our problem we had and advised us. A lot of the lawyers we spoke too and hired should take a precessional lesson from Mr Smith, his compassion and empathy and knowledge of what we are facing helped us out so much. I highly would say Mr smith is the type of representation you want 100%

Great that they will take your call on Saturdays but while asking for advice about my divorce the attorney said “I feel like I’m being punked”. Rude and unprofessional Message from the person I spoke with when I called: I apologize for saying something to you that caused you to hang up on me. After sending you a helpful email and genuinely trying to help answer your many questions (which I was happy to do), I said, ‘I feel like I am being plunked’ and started to explain to you why I said that in the same amicably way we were communicating before and before hanging up on me, you said you were ‘going to hire a new attorney’. I am also sorry that you had the impression that I was an attorney. Even after over 20 years working in the divorce business I am very careful about not giving people legal advice. My goal is to the community of Larimer County by educating people contemplating divorce with affordable and timely options but never legal advice. I hope you find your paradise

As opposing counsel in a recent contested divorce that was heading towards an expensive and messy trial, Culver came on as the new opposing counsel on the case as we were about to begin trial preparations. I highly reccomend! RD Pascoe is honest, timely, and personably in his services. Family law can be tricky legally and emotionally, and having his expert knowledge to consult with helped keep me level headed. RD took the time to answer my questions, even if he had already answered them- he made sure I understood each step of the process, and took extra time to ensure I understood the impacts of any changes (or not) I was making to the parenting plan. RD explained these impacts both from a legal perspective, the likelyhood of a judge agreeing with it, and the emotional cost (potential conflict, impact on other agreements, ect). RD helped me navigate a once very stressful and overwhelming situation to a full agreement with the other party outside of trial. His prices are fair and reasonable, and his servies are exceptional.
