I contacted Sarah Hubbard last minute after fighting my case for a year and a half by myself. Once it came down to going to court and testifying and cross examining I felt like I needed support and I was out of my element. Custody cases are draining and from the moment I hired Sarah my life got better. I didn’t have the stress anymore. She took me on a week before my first court appearance. She not only showed up and did a phenomenal job in court but she also put the other attorney and coparent in their place when needed. She performs insanely well in Court. Which is huge. She never once gave me unrealistic expectations. My case was a difficult one. Lots and lots of accusations. Testimony upon testimony. And basically any wrench that can be thrown into a case happened in mine. She was unwavering in her conviction for what was right for my son and his schedule with each parent. I went in knowing that she could handle anything and everything as well as talk to me about being reasonable. She let me know when I was right and when I should bend or be agreeable. She truly was the best counsel ever. I have been through custody court before and it wasn’t even this ugly but it was not a pleasant experience. Every step of the way with Sarah was pleasant. Truly made it as stress free as it could be. Her paralegal Todd is great as well. They both have such great demeanor with you, dealing with other attorneys and with the judge. If you have a difficult case and need someone who knows what they are doing and will fight for your side tooth and nail regardless of what the other side is throwing at you Sarah is your girl. She was able to pick apart everything, pull out the truths and redirect to what we were truly there for which was the best interest of my son. The judge ruled and gave me more than I even expected in this case and I attribute it to Sarah really going the extra mile and defining the situation and what was best for my son clearly with facts and reality. Top notch team!!! I cannot express enough gratitude. Family is everything and my heart is so grateful for the blessing of Sarah as my counsel.

Sarah was incredible through my divorce. I'm seriously so grateful for the time and effort she spend into helping me through a very difficult time. Todd was helpful as well responding when she was busy. Great practice and highly recommend!

Sarah was excellent during my custody trial. She was always attentive and responsive. She pushed me to go ahead with my trial during the COVID pandemic. Goodness, I am so thankful that she did. I had an excellent custody agreement and I was able to get it done and not postponed. Having everything done and settled gave me peace of mind, even during a pandemic. Thank you Sarah, and thank you Todd!!!

They great at answering questions and taking control of the situation. Throughout the process they were wonderful at putting me at ease and promptly returning all communication.

RD is awesome! He helped me through my divorce this past winter and he's currently helping me again with parenting time and child support issues. Working with him is easy and a pleasure. Hes fair, honest and very knowledgeable with marital law. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is going through a challenging divorce.

I just went through a divorce that involved a baby. When i first found RD I knew right away he was the person I wanted to represent me! The day I paid my retainer was the day he started working on my case. Within the 3rd day of hire he managed to find my ex and have him served. He was absolutely incredible to work with. Know matter when I'd call him he'd always answer my calls. He was also there for me during my many nervous breakdowns "I have a crazy ex that liked drama". By the end of the divorce process I was able to get what we thought I deserved back. I also managed to get full custody of my son. I can't promise the same outcome as mine, but I'm sure you won't be disappointed in RD's work.

My soon to be ex partner called this office to arrange for an amicable separation and was given a slew of misinformation regarding the divorce process. He was told absolutely absurd lies about policies and division of property designed to incite ill feelings that would lead to him hiring them as divorce attorneys rather than having them file simple paperwork for dissolution without litigation. Luckily, we spoke to two other law offices that set the record straight and have continued with our very straightforward and amicable separation despite all attempts of this office to derail and inflame it. This is an absolutely disgusting display of parasitic and predatory behavior against people in pain with emotions and frustrations running high.

RD was there when I needed him most! He is prompt to respond to any and all questions with a sense of compassion and sincere concern for what you're going through during this difficult time in your life. I always felt that he had my best interests at heart and that I was well represented. I highly recommend RD!
