I found RD through a google search last year when it became clear that I would need legal help with some post-decree (14+ years!) matters upon my retirement from the military. He was with a firm in Fort Collins and when he made the decision to strike out on his own I decided to stick with him, as he had always been straight, honest, and direct with me. I most certainly made the right decision! The outcome was much better than expected, thanks to RD's diligence and hard work. He is a great communicator who kept me abreast of my situation and checked in with me frequently through the entire process. We both learned a few things: me about the post-decree legal process and RD about military divorces. RD is a (more than) competent, compassionate, and hard-working family law attorney and I give him my highest recommendation.

RD was a very professional attorney. My divorce was far from an easy one. Whenever I had questions or concerns he would answer my phone calls, weekends or even late in the evenings. He was very honest. I never once felt like I didn't know what was going to happen or what situations we had to fight for to get others solved. My divorce got real messy but RD stayed calm even when I was very frustrated. We had a plan and he stuck to it and fought with me every inch of the way. Thanks again RD.

RD was a kind, understand and professional attorney throughout my whole child custody case. He went through great lengths and offered so much knowledge to help my case. RD was my lawyer in my divorce case. Prior to meeting RD, when I went looking for a lawyer to represent me in my divorce, the other lawyers that I had first consulted with were intimidating and just not very kind or professional. Because of my financial circumstances, I was able to hire RD as my divorce attorney, but only for the first half of my divorce. During that time, he was incredibly helpful and professional. He was very prompt and always got back to me quickly. He answered my many questions with patience and always gave sound advice. He was honest, straight forward, and always well prepared. I am incredibly thankful to have had his services during the most difficult part of my divorce. RD is a compassionate lawyer and truly cares about his clients. Because of his help and expertise, I now feel capable and prepared to represent myself for the final hearing of my divorce. RD's services have been invaluable to me during this entire process, and I am confident that he will be of benefit to anyone else who finds themselves in need of a lawyer.

This guy is basically a secretary. If you need an actual lawyer, he can't help you.

Working with Jeremy and his client for parenting plan has been a nightmare...wish they could fire their client... But he is getting paid so he doesn't care about the other parent that's trying to get things done... He's very slow, doesn't like to respond in a an appropriate amount of time and has taken serveral months just to get the parenting plan typed up so child support and parenting time can be processed correctly. If this was my personal lawyer I would have fired him long ago. He is also horrible at returnig phone calls .
