RD is awesome! He helped me through my divorce this past winter and he's currently helping me again with parenting time and child support issues. Working with him is easy and a pleasure. Hes fair, honest and very knowledgeable with marital law. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is going through a challenging divorce.

I just went through a divorce that involved a baby. When i first found RD I knew right away he was the person I wanted to represent me! The day I paid my retainer was the day he started working on my case. Within the 3rd day of hire he managed to find my ex and have him served. He was absolutely incredible to work with. Know matter when I'd call him he'd always answer my calls. He was also there for me during my many nervous breakdowns "I have a crazy ex that liked drama". By the end of the divorce process I was able to get what we thought I deserved back. I also managed to get full custody of my son. I can't promise the same outcome as mine, but I'm sure you won't be disappointed in RD's work.

My soon to be ex partner called this office to arrange for an amicable separation and was given a slew of misinformation regarding the divorce process. He was told absolutely absurd lies about policies and division of property designed to incite ill feelings that would lead to him hiring them as divorce attorneys rather than having them file simple paperwork for dissolution without litigation. Luckily, we spoke to two other law offices that set the record straight and have continued with our very straightforward and amicable separation despite all attempts of this office to derail and inflame it. This is an absolutely disgusting display of parasitic and predatory behavior against people in pain with emotions and frustrations running high.

RD helped me last year with my child custody case. I was happy with the outcome and the knowledge he gave me throughout the process. He was kind, reliable, extremely knowledgeable, and honest.
