I came across The Law office of Stephen Vertucci after my previous lawyer of over a year had withdrawn from my case mid divorce, months away from the end date. I was immediately placed with Mr. Van Der Jagt and his paralegal Nicki. We were up against a very, very strict deadline and when i say these guys hit the ground running, they went hard! I am so very thankful for the hard work, attention to detail, and knowledge of ALL things divorce, custody, etc.

Stop searching and call RD Pascoe now! I just finished up my second time using RD's services and just like the first time, I have zero complaints and am so thankful for his hard work! RD knows his stuff VERY well, is professional, wise, kind, and honest. Both times I have retained him, I was dealing with issues with my ex-husband regarding our daughter. Dealing with him is an extremely high-stress situation for me. Time after time, RD helped me be calm and refocus to what really mattered. He's like a lawyer and an honest friend rolled into one. After two go arounds now, I sincerely trust RD's knowledge and advice. On top of all of that, communication is another area of praise as RD was always quick to return calls, emails, and texts. I never felt like I needed to worry about deadlines, what to do, or when I needed to do it because RD is always on top of everything! I will always call this man for any and all legal needs hands down (and you should too)!

RD is an honest, ethical, hard working attorney with the utmost integrity. He’s been working on a difficult case for my family. He has clearly demonstrated that he fights for the child’s best interest. He tells it how it is and doesn’t sugarcoat. He gets the job done in the most efficient manner. He won a trial on our behalf based on evidence that my grandson was being exposed to heavy amounts of THC and nicotine while at the mother’s home and had insurmountable evidence proving so. They wrote a bad review on RD because they were upset and being held accountable. It was a very unfair review they wrote on our lawyer. Thank you RD for all you do for my family.

Ms. Scurlock was the rock I needed when everything I knew was in question. She is patient, experienced and brought such calmness to a turbulent time. We were able to protect my relationship with my child and I have been so pleased with her that sadly I have had to have her reenter to handle some remaining issues. She is the ultimate professional, especially is situations that require such a trait. I simply cannot give her a good enough review.

I cannot say enough great things about Stephen Vertucci. He is one of the most knowledgeable, thorough, prompt and compassionate people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was also very patient. I know there were times during my situation that I was in a panic and he and his staff took every phone call and answered every email with the upmost sincerity. He never hesitated to take the time to explain anything to me and and was always honest about potential outcomes and situations. I could go on and on, but I'll just leave it with this. He is the best.

RD goes above and beyond to do what’s best for his clients. I have been working with RD pascoe for the past 6 months during a very tough child custody case. My son came back to me with 6x the amount of THC and 20x the amount of nicotine in his system from staying at his mothers house and he pulled all the facts and built a very strong case and I was finally able to save my son from that horrific environment. We waited until we had the proper evidence to file emergency restriction because RD did not want to charge me a bunch on money if we didn’t have a strong enough case. They were so mad and unable to take ownership for their actions they ended up leaving RD a poor review which was unfair and had no right to do so. The judge was the one who made the ruling keeping the parenting restriction in place, not RD but they don’t care about that. They are so quick to blame everyone else but themselves. I recommend RD for anyone fighting to save their children’s lives. He only wants what’s best for the kids and is an OUTSTANDING attorney. I would give a 10 star review if I could.

Bronwyn is truly a miracle. I had a tricky case yet she and Jessica figured out how to organize the information I did have and advise me on what will help me prove the best interests of my child. This firm, these ladies, will have your back every step of the way. They help you keep a straight head and understand the worries and concerns in such troubling times. Bronwyn has a classy yet direct appearance in the court room and will get your points across in a clear yet respectful way. I am so very grateful for these ladies and this firm. For jumping on my case immediately and for being so patient with my many many questions. I will always recommend this firm, and Bronwyn, to any and everyone I know in a difficult situation.

Doesn’t care about the kids!!

Cares very little about the child involved! Only cares about the narcissist parent he works for!! Gives zero regard for what the child investigator finds and chases money!
