As a Realtor, there are occasions when I or my clients need advice and guidance. Chad is my go to guy. He is always quick at getting back to me and laying out the time frame he will need. His opinions are clear and concise. I know my clients are in good hands when Chad is reviewing complicated title issues such as mineral and water rights.
