Kip did a fantastic job for me. I found him to be completely honest, ethical, and highly intelligent in regards to the complexities of my case. He always was available, and gave me detailed answers for all the questions I had throughout the process. I would give him a ten if there was the option!

I hired kip after getting a speeding ticket (124mph) and reckless driving ticket. Kip did an excellent job dropping the reckless driving ticket and speeding to 20-24mph over saving my license! I didn't even have to appear in court he took care of everything. I highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Kip! He supported me through 3 traffic violations that were consecutive within a 3 day span. Which looks really bad to the DA and Judge. In fact, the DA was pissed that we wanted to diminish the charges to 150.00 fines each. Which could have been 30-60 days in jail instead. Fortunately, Kip was very attentive in hearing my personal story surrounding the 3 traffic violations. Once he explained to the judge and the DA my story, we were able to have the charges reduced to 150.00 fines each. Hallelujah!!! Kip saved me from going to jail and continuing a traumatic experience from silly traffic violations. Kip is also a very compassionate. I had panic attack before heading into his office. He called me to see where i was. I told him i was unable to drive due to hyperventilating. He was able to calm me down and insure me the case would go smoothly. Thanks SO MUCH Kip!!!

Kip O'Connor II is an exceptional attorney!! My son received a DUID and he was able to have the case dismissed!! My son struggles with mental illness. Kip went above and beyond to build a trusting relationship with our son and kept us informed along the way. Being very new to this process, I was very anxious to find an attorney who was knowledgeable of the law and compassionate toward individuals with a mental illness diagnosis. Kip was both. He is an excellent communicator and was willing to discussed the many possible outcomes and returned calls in a timely fashion. His fee's were comparable to other quotes in the area. I can't imagine we would have gotten the same customer service from anyone else. Kip served both our son and us (parents). He definitely managed to exceed our expectations.

I would recommend Mr. O'Connor to anyone. He did a great job with my case. He kept me from losing my license and was able to get my serious traffic charges that included a reckless driving reduced to a single speeding charge. He saved me a lot of money in fines and extra insurance costs.

Heidi Troxell did an awesome job for me. My case was a little crazy and took almost a year to resolve, but she was persistent, kept me well informed of everything that was happening, and was always available when I had a question for her. Would highly recommend her as a defense attorney.

Liar and a crook. Do not waste your money!! Promises the world and will deliver nothing. You can get a far better deal on your own. Judge and DA both acted like he is not welcome.

My husband had gotten himself into some fairly serious trouble late 2014, and was looking at a potential 30 year prison sentence. Heidi did such a terrific job that the DA agreed to a 4 year sentence, and so far, with continued good behavior, my husband should be released mid-2016 after serving just under 2 years, reformed and with a job skill that will definitely help him obtain work when he is released, and finally give him the chance to prove that just because he made a bad decision, it doesn't mean he is a bad person, which he is not. And thanks to Heidi, he was not just tossed in a box and forgotten. Thank you again, Heidi!

Why would I, a resident of Illinois on my way to Nevada, need a lawyer to represent me in Grand Junction, Colorado? For the simple reason a Grand Junction traffic policeman stopped me for going over the speed limit in a construction zone on a weekend. My proof showed I had not been going over the speed limit but was speeding out of the construction area. Needless to say, that argument would have been pointless and expensive. One guilty plea in over 45 years of driving isn't acceptable for me, but that's Colorado for you. Ms. Troxell was recommended to me by a corporate lawyer based in Denver, Colorado. After talking to her about my case I elected to engage her services. At a reasonable hourly fee she managed to get my fine reduced and minimized costs. She kept me apprised of what she was doing for me by maintaining timely contact with me both by email and telephone. She laid out the different ramifications of each choice. In the end I pled guilty for a reduced fine and a reduced points demerit on my driving record. I don't have plans to drive through Colorado again, so I don't expect to need a lawyer licensed in Colorado. She isn't licensed in Illinois, New York, Nevada or California. Sad. I can use her services in these states. Overall, she ranks up there in professionalism. Only my tax lawyer has done better, but not by much. I highly recommend her.
