My 17yo son received a misdemeanor speeding ticket (19mph over posted limit) near Carbondale/Aspen.I contacted 2 other Aspen-area lawyers who said they didn't think they could help him. When I talked to Kip, he said he couldn't "promise" anything (of course), but thought the violation could be greatly reduced. Hired! The outcome for my son's case was best possible with the incident being reduced to a 1 point, 5-9mi over speed limit. He could have lost his driver's license! My son had to take a driving safety course, which I am hopeful helped him see the danger in speeding. Kip kept us informed every step of the way and I can't recommend him highly enough.
