I retained Mr. Thomas after firing my previous lawyer. Mr. Thomas took a difficult case that could have resulted in me being convicted of a felony and losing my job and successfully having the charge reduced to a misdemeanor without supervision or restitution. His patience, thorough understanding of the legal system, years of experience and wisdom helped me get through a very difficult period in my life.

Dave Thomas helped us resolve the criminal side of our son's traffic accident. He was everything we hoped for in an attorney: caring, knowledgeable, and approachable. Dave's efforts resulted in an amazing outcome for our son: a significantly reduced charge that was much better than we had anticipated.

I was in a car accident in which the original charge was careless driving with serious bodily injury. Dave gave me all the advice I needed to prepare to a court date and what to say, what times, and overall was very helpful. He also managed to get my charge to drop to just a "failure to signal", which is a two point charge and a fine of $100 instead of a four point charge and several hundred.

After my second arrest I feared jail time, but the hard work and dedication of Dave Thomas made it so this second arrest will not even show up on my record. Dave was incredibly compassionate and made me feel like a human who had made a mistake rather than a delinquent. He talked me through the entire process and made me feel safe and secure throughout it. I would recommend Dave to anyone.

I hired Dave to represent my daughter after her second shoplifting arrest. She has some neurological challenges, so I sent Dave copies of her medical reports, which stacked up to be about an inch thick. I never expected him to read through them all since we were paying him a flat fee. A few days later Dave called to discuss the reports, which he had read....twice! Wow! In court, he used this information and his considerable charm, experience, and people skills to win my daughter a deferred judgment. No community service, no fines, no theft class, just a continuation of her therapy. At one point before our court date, Dave called to check in with us and when I told him how worried my daughter was, he asked to speak with her. He then spent a considerable amount of time reassuring her that everything would work out well. Did it ever! I'm so incredibly impressed with Dave's professionalism and caring, empathetic attitude towards his clients!
