Case dismissed, I am forever grateful I was arrested on two counts of 3rd degree assault in a domestic violence case. I had never been in trouble so trying to figure out what to do and how to fight it was nerve wrecking. When I first met with James, we went over every detail of my case, he stated to me “I won’t settle for anything less than a dismissal.” Although I was still afraid, James carried that mindset through the whole process. James kept me updated with all the reports from the DA and the top notch reports he created himself displaying my evidence of self defense. James was able to display my evidence in a way that could not be disproved. I am forever grateful for his relentless fight to dismiss my case as I now don’t have to carry the burden of those charges.
