If you are so unfortunate to find yourself on the wrong side of the law (I was falsely accused of felony menacing while I was acting in self-defense by Jeffco Sheriff’s deputies) This and the other made-up charges would have ended my career and life as I know it! Jim was excellent! Always pleasant to interact with and very clear to communicate with. I think he got me the best outcome imaginable for my challenging situation. Jim is the consummate professional. My situation was complicated with a depressing "minimum sentencing" outlook and a high probability of losing my job as well as losing my driving privilege for two years. His decades of prior experience as a District Attorney allowed him to effectively coordinate with the court to have my charges significantly reduced! Three out of the four charges were summarily dismissed. The legal advice he provided me prior to appearing in court insured the minimum sentence possible, work release during incarceration (to keep my job) and the ability to apply for reinstatement of my driver's license after only 30 days. I certainly don't plan on needing legal assistance in the future but if I should, Jim will be my first call.
