Jim got my DV case completely dismissed and sealed in twelve months. It was a miracle. He convinced the DA to dismiss the DV assault charge and reduce it to a Petty Offense, Disorderly Conduct. He repeatedly contacted the Deputy District Attorney assigned to my case to achieve an amazing outcome in my case. I am extremely busy so I had minimal contact with him, yet he was still able to do all of this without it being time consuming or interfering with my work schedule. Whenever I DID contact him, he replied within an hour. In September of 2019 my friend was pulled over and charged with a Felony DUI and other criminal charges. Along with losing her drivers license, she was also possibly facing a prison term and her probation being revoked in another case. I was charged with Assault in Denver. As a result of this criminal charge, I was living my life thinking I would have no future career, facing burdens of unemployment and finding places to live.
