Jim is the consummate professional. My situation was complicated with a depressing "minimum sentencing" outlook and a high probability of losing my job as well as losing my driving privilege for two years. His decades of prior experience as a District Attorney allowed him to effectively coordinate with the court to have my charges significantly reduced! Three out of the four charges were summarily dismissed. The legal advice he provided me prior to appearing in court insured the minimum sentence possible, work release during incarceration (to keep my job) and the ability to apply for reinstatement of my driver's license after only 30 days. I certainly don't plan on needing legal assistance in the future but if I should, Jim will be my first call.

Jim got my DV case completely dismissed and sealed in twelve months. It was a miracle. He convinced the DA to dismiss the DV assault charge and reduce it to a Petty Offense, Disorderly Conduct. He repeatedly contacted the Deputy District Attorney assigned to my case to achieve an amazing outcome in my case. I am extremely busy so I had minimal contact with him, yet he was still able to do all of this without it being time consuming or interfering with my work schedule. Whenever I DID contact him, he replied within an hour. The first time we spoke during my free consultation, he looked up my case and knew the judge and DA, was professional, and did not make me feel uncomfortable speaking about my case details. I knew after that conversation on a Friday night (well after business hours), that I would choose him. This was my first time working with a lawyer or having a court case against me and he walked me through the whole process and explained everything to me clearly, as I was clueless about how everything worked. If you're looking for a lawyer, look no further. I've never heard of anyone with this charge achieve a better outcome. Exceptional doesn't begin to describe him.

There should be a higher rating then a 5 as Jake and Beth have earned a 10 in all aspects of this experience. My son was charged with 1st degree murder and after 2 years his trial was this last week with his jury verdict today of NOT GUILTY . Through it all was Jake and Beth faithful in all things.
