I experienced a separation that led to filing for divorce with a new born child involved. Marie and her team were quick to help and prevented my ex from taking our new born out of state. She helped me navigate this process and treated me and this case with genuine care and respect. This process was probably one of the most difficult situations ive ever been in. Now that everything is finished, im able to be a father, spend time with my child, and move forward in a positive light. I would highly recommend Marie and her team to anyone experiencing something similar. There is a lot of selfishness in the world today and what I experienced with Marie was the opposite, more of an abundance of kindness, compassion and the feeling of trust. Moreover she helped protect my child's future and as much as she was kind she fought hard for the best possible outcome. Im very grateful.

What to expect if you hire Marie Drake et al (Brandon Richardson and Stephanie Berardini): Marie misunderstood the settlement agreement that SHE DRAFTED. I made all of my decisions based upon what she said the agreement was. Based on her incompetence, I am in a huge financial bind, with no income, no car and no way to pay my expenses. When confronted with her huge mistake, her response was that I should conjure up clients and make up for her incompetence. She never offered to apply her same logic and work an extra 6.3 hours a month and pay for her mistake. She blamed me for not understanding what I was signing–even though she herself, the paid expert, didn’t realize what the agreement she wrote stated. She pads her bills. After several months I had to call her out on padding her invoices. Marie will talk about herself for an hour straight. You can learn all about Marie in college, law school and how she interned in NYC. She won’t charge you her fee ($400 per hour) to sit there and listen to her, but she WILL charge you $250 for her assistant to sit in, not say a word, and listen to her talk about herself. Please hire another attorney. I wish I would have. She takes advantage of people when they’re at their most vulnerable and she’s negligent and incompetent and lacks any decency to take responsibility and make things right. I’ve made a complaint with the bar association.
