I was told to look for the meanest, bulldog of an attorney. Funny her review at Luna law said just that and she was available to take my cases somehow. When she opened her own firm there was no way I wouldn't go with her. Annie is by far the best person I would ever recommend as a defense attorney AND beyond the best as a family attorney. When faced with my whole life being destroyed by lies, she reminded me that we would make it through the fight and she wouldn't leave my side. When I would loose hope and get ready to tap she would remind me of the reason I was fighting and not let me give up and give in to the lies and deceit that my ex and the government wanted to say about me. She reminded me of the importance of my relationship with my son and the truth behind why even in this battle, just how close we have always been. She helped me face those that sought to destroy my love and peace. She supported and encouraged me never letting me be over thrown by the attacks. She saw the importance of who I am as a person and how much I help others in their own life. She wouldn't allow me to loose the ability to help others. Annie's attention to details, sharp memory, quick responses and keen ability to stay one step ahead is just a little part of the description of how passionate this woman is for justice for those wrongfully accused. Each one on her team brings their own level of amazement to the team to help their clients. Annie's hope was strong. Her intuition was spot on. Her ability to be direct and straight forward helped me to keep out of the emotions of fear. My ex and his family intended to destroy me and use my love for my son to do that. Annie.....well Annie saw the truth from say go. I remember walking into meet her and not sure how to react to her saying "you reek of honesty". Yet that's Annie. She sees through the bullshit and straight to why she does what she does. Thanks for not giving up on me and my son Annie. Thank you to your team. You my lady are truly a Saint. Failed to return client email regarding plea hearing, strategy or options; failed to find the missing numerous crucial evidences from the DA that backed my innocence; failed to discuss strategy; failed to pursue the best track for dismissal rather than diversion and did not discuss anything past the initial paid visit; failed to discuss PRIOR to plea hearing (that I was told was a REVIEW hearing) that she was blaming me for a continuance for another 6 weeks; never fought for a modified protection order for my benefit; made bogus charges on my account 5 days after she was discharge and signed legal documents for my new ACTIVE lawyer then took another $800 from my money. There's more but clearly if it fits her schedule, timeframes, or personal agendas it is not worth her time just your money.

I had a weird case involving my rights to my son and Annie helped me immensely. She is able to dig through all the little nuisances to find the parts of the case that really are important. She was prompt and keep me informed of not only what she was doing but why she wanted to take that approach. I was very scared going into court. I was glad to have her by my side.
