Was not ever able to get ahold of anyone much less speak with a real person... Still have NOT recieved a callback from anyone their either so I'm super frustrated.... I also have spoke to a few people who actually say the same thing has happened to them and why be legal aid and be a service for the low income yet never actually answer to do your job...v

I was in a women's shelter for about a month. I had an interview and because I didn't want to take my ex for everything they declined to help me. Because of "limited resources". I couldn't afford legal help. I am not able to stay in the home that I was in for 18 years. He has legal representation and I do not. I feel like because I wasn't willing to go for the throat that I wasn't helped. Very frustrated and at a loss. I just wanted some help being guided through the process. But the choices I make that effect him and my daughter are mine to live with so I didn't feel it necessary or right to take away things from them.

Didn't call back or weren't able to even offer legal advice .

They failed to call me back and or send the documents I needed for court. Was forced to accept a mediation judgement instead of pursuing my case.

Rude as soon as I walked in. Not friendly and in times where people need legal help, there should be some comfort not frustration. Couldn't help me cause of "conflict of interest" I understand that but they were rude to me like I'm the problem. Do NOT go here.

It's taken over a year for a divorce?an still waiting?not only that ,but the dizzy pretend lawyer says she will call me,,,an also waiting on that as well?is this a normal process?
