About a year ago my car got broken into and some of my items stolen including my firearm. It was locked in a car and a locked bag. The responding officer investigated and couple days later my firearm was returned. She cited me a summons for failure to Secure Firearm in the Presence of a Minor an 18-12-114. So not only did I pay thousands of dollars that I won't get back I also had to pay for a lawyer now to defend me in court. Mr. McAdams, Amanda and Hannah were all absolutely wonderful helping with this case. The case got dismissed relieving myself and all my family members from spending potentially a year in jail after I fell victim to some kids on the street.
