Donnie McClellan represented me in a criminal case in which I was wrongfully accused of assault. Donnie fought hard to win my freedom back with class and style. He is nothing but professional and hard working, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if needed. Donnie and Bill McAdams put mine and my family’s worries to rest, all at a fair and affordable price. Before finding the McAdams Law Firm I went with a lawyer from Denver that ended up getting disbarred half way through my case, doing nothing for me and charging me almost 10k! This is long overdue. I am so pleased with Bill and his team. I hired Mr. McAdams for a case in which I was charged with a DUI without any physical evidence from the other side. I did my research and spoke with many attorneys in the area. Bill and I first spoke over the phone. After our first meet, I knew he was the only attorney I wanted in my corner. He was straight forward and did not try to sell himself. He told me how the case could go and how it could end up. As a business man myself, I respected this and he gained my trust right from the start. Knowing I didn't do what they accused me of, we took it all the way to trial. Through out the whole process Bill and his team would always answer my calls and meet with me when I had any questions or concerns. To watch Bill defend me in court, I can't describe the feeling of knowing I had the right guy by my side. In the end, the verdict was not in our favor. It was the jury's decision. Let me reiterate that Bill went above and beyond doing his job. Even until the end, he fought for me during the sentencing. Because of his passion for my case and his hard work, the outcome of the whole case was more than I expected. Kent Naughton represented our Homeowners'Association in a lawsuit filed against us in March, 2015. On our behalf, Kent countersued as the HOA did not believe we were guilty as implicated. As an HOA, we were not the typical client. Kent worked primarily with the HOA Board, but represented over 100 owners with many different personalities and expectations. He also had to deal with Board turnover due to HOA by-laws. He was astute in maneuvering through the many challenges and changes this presented. The litigation that ensued was complicated as multiple entities were involved. Resolution was reached in May of 2018. Kent was protective of our interests throughout litigation. Among his many attributes, those we appreciated the most were that he listened and was always accessible. He sought out resources and experts effectively collaborating with many others to support our position. He intentionally paid attention to our financial situation as a non-profit organization. He methodically researched a trail of evidence that crossed state lines. Kent consistently provided guidance and advised us through the many legal tangles we encountered. He was not deterred when the opposition employed endless delay tactics. Kent was creative and insightful in mediation, presenting arguments that were difficult to refute and ultimately helped us to reach a settlement amenable to all litigants. We hold Kent in high regard and would recommend him without reservation to others who are facing complex and demanding legal issues.

He is very knowledgable about the judicial system and made a very stressful and painful time in my life so much easier.
