If you have a criminal case pending or a warrant for your arrest as I did regarding a missed court date years ago, you would be very wise to call Brad Martin! Within minutes of submitting a request on their website I received a phonecall and a phone consultation was scheduled for the following day. I explained the situation. Brad told me the options I had and the possible outcomes. He told me his intended plan of action he thought was best. I was very impressed by the fact that he knew the general way the judge in the particular case operates and explained based on those factors why he thought it was the best strategy. He did not make wild guarantees of success. He was transparent and clear of all of the possibilities. For my particular case, he told me a flat rate he would charge. (Obviously it is different for every case and had the potential to go up depending on many factors which he explained). Do NOT take a case on without proper representation! I was fortunate to be in a position to pay for his services but he also gave me the option to make payments that were flexible and fair. Your freedom is priceless and the fact that I was able to continue living my life focused on working while Brad handled the matter for me made every penny I spent worth it for his help. Mr. Martin always took the time to talk with me about my case. He was very thoughtful and always took my questions into consideration and let me me know if something was going to work or not work when it came to my case. He would give me his honest opinion about certain matters and was good about helping me understand something that didn’t make sense. He has no problem taking a case to trial. I was charged with a DUID after I was pulled over during an asthma attack. I did have prescription medication on board...and was on lots of pain medication that was prescribed for an unrelated condition...but was not intoxicated. Brad was so incredibly honest about the positives and negatives of my case. His advice was spot-on perfect the entire 9 months of my nightmare. He fought for me where he thought there was a valid fight to be had, and then he stood up for me as a client and human being in that court room when my fate was on the line. I was maliciously accused of trespassing. Despite having proof that I was in fact not trespassing, Brad was the ONLY attorney determined to help me. He listened carefully and quickly gained my trust. I had a DUI charge against me so I hired Brad Martin in Greeley, Colorado. With the DA and Brad they were able to plea bargain and drop my DUI charges. How amazing is that!! I did get charged with a DWAI which is way better than a DUI. The reason the DUI charge was dropped was due to my recent history of concussions/traumatic brain injury. They felt the TBI affected my driving worse than the alcohol which was a pretty low BAC but over .08. Thank you so much, Brad! You are awesome!
