This is long overdue. I am so pleased with Bill and his team. I hired Mr. McAdams for a case in which I was charged with a DUI without any physical evidence from the other side. I did my research and spoke with many attorneys in the area. Bill and I first spoke over the phone. After our first meet, I knew he was the only attorney I wanted in my corner. He was straight forward and did not try to sell himself. He told me how the case could go and how it could end up. As a business man myself, I respected this and he gained my trust right from the start. Knowing I didn't do what they accused me of, we took it all the way to trial. Through out the whole process Bill and his team would always answer my calls and meet with me when I had any questions or concerns. To watch Bill defend me in court, I can't describe the feeling of knowing I had the right guy by my side. In the end, the verdict was not in our favor. It was the jury's decision. Let me reiterate that Bill went above and beyond doing his job. Even until the end, he fought for me during the sentencing. Because of his passion for my case and his hard work, the outcome of the whole case was more than I expected. In the end, I am very pleased and would recommend the McAdams Law Office to anyone in need of a great, passionate, hard working, and personable attorney for any matter in which they may need one. Bill McAdams is an excellent attorney who knows his way around a courtroom. The DA twisted and turned things around, but Bill threw it right back at them making them look like fools. He skillfully brought the truth to light and I’m grateful for all his help.

I would like to thank Mr. McAdams, Mr. McClellan, and staff for all their hard work. They were very well suited to take my DUI case and defend me on the case. Both attorneys were present and available throughout the whole process to help and answer any questions I had. After explaining my case and evaluating the evidence Mr. McAdams and Mr. McClellan were able to get my DUI charge dismissed, which was what I was hoping for. The McAdams law office is unprofessional and unresponsive. I hired Bill for a legal matter and he failed to follow through with what we discussed during my initial consolation. Bill was slow to obtain evidence and did not present it as soon as he received it resulting in an unfavorable outcome. He is slow to respond to phone calls and mentioned that I am only but one of his many clients and that he did not have time to take my calls. During one of our rare conversations he even ill advised me of the law. If you want the best possible outcome for your legal matters hire someone else.

This review comes with extreme gratefulness to Mr. McAdams and his staff for all of the hard work they put towards helping me and my family. Not only did his experience and knowledge ease the pain of my case he was able to get it dismissed before we ever even went to trial! Kent Naughton represented our Homeowners'Association in a lawsuit filed against us in March, 2015. On our behalf, Kent countersued as the HOA did not believe we were guilty as implicated. As an HOA, we were not the typical client. Kent worked primarily with the HOA Board, but represented over 100 owners with many different personalities and expectations. He also had to deal with Board turnover due to HOA by-laws. He was astute in maneuvering through the many challenges and changes this presented. The litigation that ensued was complicated as multiple entities were involved. Resolution was reached in May of 2018. Kent was protective of our interests throughout litigation. Among his many attributes, those we appreciated the most were that he listened and was always accessible. He sought out resources and experts effectively collaborating with many others to support our position. He intentionally paid attention to our financial situation as a non-profit organization. He methodically researched a trail of evidence that crossed state lines. Kent consistently provided guidance and advised us through the many legal tangles we encountered. He was not deterred when the opposition employed endless delay tactics. Kent was creative and insightful in mediation, presenting arguments that were difficult to refute and ultimately helped us to reach a settlement amenable to all litigants. We hold Kent in high regard and would recommend him without reservation to others who are facing complex and demanding legal issues.

He is very knowledgable about the judicial system and made a very stressful and painful time in my life so much easier.
