Highly recommended!! From the very beginning Havilah was confident on every decision we made. She was very informative keeping me in the loop on what was going on in my case. I trust her to have my friends and family have her as a lawyer. Havilah will go above and beyond for any client.

I was involved in a minor traffic situation that initially resulted in no ticket. After almost a year later I was mailed one which had very severe charges. I retained the services of Havilah and she was able to get the case dismissed. I was looking at potential jail time, hefty fines, 8 plus points on my license and skyrocketing insurance rates if I were to be found guilty. The Weld county courts are ruthless however, Havilah has a lot of experience working with them and has a great reputation with the DA and judges. Don’t hire anyone else, it will cost more and likely won’t gave the outcome you desire. You need someone to represent you quickly, efficiently and who will work on your behalf. I hope to never need a lawyer again, however should the need arise I won’t hesitate to call.

Havilah went what felt like above and beyond to get me the best outcome possible. She helped me the last year and a half from taking my case to helping me with the process of sealing my records.
