Failed to follow up on everything! Empty promises, lack of information, lack of organization. All around bad experience with Rhonda Cordova and her team of lackies. Yelled at me when i called her out on her failure to act on my behalf. One of those sit and do nothing and try to collect after losing all your money situations. Felt like she was somebody else's lawyer and I was an inconvenience every time I called. Absolutely no faith in this woman's capabilities.

Britton worked very hard on my case, the settlement he negotiated for me is much more than I expected. Because of this substantial settlement I am able to help a 63 years old patient that I have known for 10 years. His vision is not correctable to 20/20 vision with glasses or contacts. He has never had 20/20 vision.. but with some of this settlement, obtained by Britton, I am going to pay for the optical implants to correct his vision.
