I met Erin by chance, looking for information about my husband's expired Residency online. Erin was very thorough with all of my questions, took her time to explain the process of applying for Replacement of Permanent Resident Card. After this, when my husband was ready to apply for his citizenship, of course we went to Erin to help us with this process. Just like Erin, her team is also an exceptional people.
