We had a horrible experience with Lisa and suggest you never engage with her. Right out of the gate she lied about the status of her past, ethical,and reliable partner, Lou Davis, stating he'd retired (recently told someone he was dead- horrible), but then it was clear all she wanted to do was bill time and create complications for what was a straightforward deed update. She was super condescending and rude on the phone, acting like she couldnt understand what we were saying, cutting us off, interupting and basically little professionalism. And hadn't even done any background review with Kristen who we initially wanted to work with. Don't sign or pay their retainer as they will deduct unscrupulous. They did not provide us a fair service, over billed us and we suggest you run the other way. I'm sure she'll lie on her response to this bad review, but you know when you're working with a good attorney and a bad one like Lisa.

My husband and I knew it was time to update our will and final wishes. We are so glad we worked with Kirsten Waldron. The process was efficient with Kirsten walking us through each step.

WOW... From the moment we discussed putting together a Trust & Will together it was nothing but true professionalism and understanding. I employed Lisa Hardin to represent me with my practice sale when I sold my dental practice. Unfortunately, I am still paying for the issues from this process. Right from the beginning, it was very clear that she did not care for representing me. I suspect that this was because I hired her through a sale package, which basically means you pay a standard fee and it’s an all-inclusive representation. (If you don’t want to be bothered with the job, why would you allow for such a service?) Even in our first conversation, I felt that she was irritated about the time I was taking from her schedule. She sounded rushed and annoyed. Regardless, this was just a feeling; the facts are far more indicative of the quality of her work. Our sale contract was an absolute nightmare, and I have been dealing with the fallout of her poor representation since that time. At the time I was also dealing with a contentious divorce and was barely able to stand most days— I really needed someone to be in my corner and do the job that we pay lawyers to do — to make sure we don’t get screwed. Unfortunately, she didn’t catch that the buyer imposed rules on me that I didn’t impose on her. I reiterated to her multiple times that I was dealing with a divorce, completely overwhelmed, unable to stand most days, and that the contract was basically Greek to me— and to be my advocate in this process. There was no ceiling in our contract for retreatments, which I have since learned is largely standard in such asset purchase agreements, resulting in major costs for me. When I was dealing with a particular contentious situation after the sale that was a product of a grey area in the contract, Lisa basically told me my time was up and she “believes she’s fulfilled her duties.” I absolutely would not recommend Lisa Hardin for any kind of legal service based off of my experience. In response to Lisa ‘s response: I find the desire to put the onus on me (“you should have done the work you hired me [Lisa]to do”) a beautiful example of someone who can’t take responsibility for a job poorly done. Sometimes, we should just say “I didn’t do a good job,” apologize, and move on. Instead Lisa chose to give a backhanded insult to the quality of my work. My 5 star reviews and the fact that I’ve been in private practice for 14 years speaks for itself. She should know that those buyers that want to use holes in a contract to their advantage WILL DO SO— and it has nothing to do with what the patients actually need. It’s the lawyers job to prevent such a thing, even if “in the 10 years” that they’ve been doing it the lawyer has not come across such a person. I assure you, those people exist. Lisa, I’m disappointed that you took the low road in choosing to insult my work instead of apologizing for the poor attention to detail of yours.

Attorney Waldrip and Paralegal Keesee prepared a will and trust package for my late uncle; the work product was very good. Later they helped with administration of his estate. Always professional, always timely, I was fully satisfied with their services. I also appreciated the prompt, detailed billing. I highly recommend this team.

This firm is super. They did my husband’s and my will. Now they are helping me tie up some things due to my husband’s death. They are so kind and understanding. Great communication.
