Regretfully, there were some mistakes/omissions made in my Will that is requiring me to identify another estate attorney to create new documents.

My wife and I had our estate plans updated after moving to Colorado recently. Lisa did an outstanding job updating after reviewing our then current documents as well a multiple family trust documents. She discovered and explained a power of appointment in one of the family trusts that may allow distribution to our children earlier than originally provided in the documents. Upon our final review and respective signatures, Lisa provided an indexed binder with all our documents. We found her fees to be quite reasonable. We are so enthusiastic about Lisa, that we have offered to have our four children utilize Hardin Waldrip Law, PLLC for their estate planning at our expense. Bill and Patty Murray
